01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and yola4d ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://yola4d.click and all associated services, features, content, and gaming products offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the yola4d platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on this website, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

04 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the yola4d platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Account verification (KYC) is mandatory for all withdrawal requests. The Company may require Users to submit the following documents before processing any withdrawal:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport).
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document.
• Proof of ownership for any payment method used for deposits (where applicable).

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

The yola4d platform accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: DuitNow QR, FPX Bank Transfer (supported banks include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency channels including USDT and BTC.

All deposit transactions are processed in real time where technically supported by the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. The Company reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to Users.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that have been used for deposits or, where no prior deposit method is available, to a verified bank account held in the name of the registered account holder. The Company does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Standard withdrawal processing time for fully verified accounts is one (1) to three (3) business hours for amounts up to RM50,000 per request.
• Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours are queued and processed on the next available processing window.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests it deems necessary, which may temporarily delay processing.
• In cases where bonus funds have been credited, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, loyalty programme benefits, and other incentives to Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all bonus offers on the yola4d platform unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible account, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of system errors will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.
• Bonus credits and promotional free spins carry an expiry window as specified in individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the User's account without further notice.
• Winnings derived from free spins or free bets may be subject to a maximum cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the yola4d platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or certified live dealer infrastructure, as applicable. The Company does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual game round beyond the parameters established by the relevant game studio.

The rules governing individual game types — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, 4D lottery, and instant games — are set by the respective licensed game studio partners and are accessible within each game interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules and RTP characteristics of each game before placing real-money wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during an active game session, the Company's system logs shall be considered the authoritative record of the game state at the time of the interruption. The Company will attempt to restore game sessions to their correct state where technically possible; however, no compensation will be provided for wagers lost as a direct result of unforeseeable technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control.

08 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with the yola4d platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point of interaction with the Company.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing private game information for financial gain.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are not withdrawable and will be forfeited.
• Using the platform to launder funds or engage in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent the technical security measures employed by the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any Company employee or other user of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law without first obtaining any required authorisations.

09 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the yola4d platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, code, databases, trademarks, logos, brand names, user interface elements, and all Content made available through the Services, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit Users to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content or intellectual property of the Company without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

The Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Content available through the Services.

In any event, the Company's aggregate liability to any User for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their yola4d account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11 Responsible Gambling

The Company is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe and transparent gaming environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

yola4d provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict the maximum amount they can deposit within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a pre-set gaming duration has been reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their account ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

12 Account Termination

Users may close their yola4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to the User via their designated withdrawal method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and security checks.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The User is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• The User is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The User has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Company staff or other users.
• Continued account operation would expose the Company to unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In cases of account termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and, in cases of confirmed fraud or policy violation, any associated winnings.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of the Company.

In the event of any dispute between a User and the Company relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith informal negotiation. Users may contact the Company's customer support team at the contact details provided in Section 15 of these Terms to initiate a complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, the Company will refer the matter to its designated alternative dispute resolution process. The decision of such a process, where binding, shall be final and enforceable.

14 Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will notify registered Users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed on this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Services.
